Ma’ruf is a non-profit Muslim organization that advocates social justice by serving individuals, families, and communities in need. As the nation faces staggering economic and social crises, Ma’ruf aims to put its faith into action by being a beacon of justice, and a model for human service.
About Us
Ma’ruf is an organization aimed at helping humanity in anything that is good on a consistent and respectable manner. We have made great strides in Dallas by working tirelessly to help refugees get settled, educated, and on their feet ready to face the future of their new home.
Our model is designed to instill habitual volunteering within the communities we work by providing the model and channels needed to steer activists into the realm of humanitarianism. Ma’ruf recruits only the best, most efficient, and highly skilled organizers to lead its projects, developing the most ideal platforms for channeling in volunteers from the greater community.
To date, Ma’ruf is accredited with building a rich portfolio in humanitarianism from neighborhood cleanups to food, clothing, hygiene drives–from job placement for the unemployed to after school programs for kids who may need extra help.
